What version of Endless OS are you using?
To check which version of Endless OS you are in Settings Details
I’m using version 3.4.8 (181012-212653)

I managed to install and use my printer:
it’s a KYOCERA FS-C2026MFP+
I downloaded linux drivers from here:
https://www.kyoceradocumentsolutions.fr/index/service___assistance/telechargement.false..FSC2026MFPPLUS..FR.html
I Picked the PPD Version (https://www.kyoceradocumentsolutions.fr/index/service___assistance/telechargement.false..FSC2026MFPPLUS..FR.html#)
I configured the printer using PPD Files (settings/Devices/ MYPRINTER / Infos / Install PPD Files)
I tworks !
The automated installation does not work - but with proper drivers, it works.
