The pointer for Chrome appears to be referencing an outdated version, and the install fails with a NOT FOUND error. Is there a way to manually fix the reference to point to the current stable version of Chrome? And is this problem going to happen every time that Google updates Chrome?

Sorry for the inconvenience there. This is now fixed.
We do normally update Chrome very quickly, but the last update presented some difficulties so it took a bit longer. Hopefully a one-off and things will go smoothly in future.

You may see a theming problem making the titlebar hard to read. That will be fixed shortly in another update.
