Chrome travando, não abre

Boa noite. O Google Chrome parou de abrir há alguns dias. A tela fica com todos os ícones cinzas.

Tentei algumas opções aqui e não resolveu. Já formatei para a versão de fábrica. Tentei desinstalar e instalar novamente o Chrome, mas nada resolveu.

Agradeço se puderem me ajudar.

Não resolvido.

Assim que o navegador é fechado ou o computador reiniciado, o problema reaparece.

OK, can you please perform the following steps:

Update your Endless OS to the latest version. As you are running a really old version, you have to follow some additional steps:

When this has finished, reboot and verify that you are running 4.0.8 (Settings -> About) and clear Googles settings once more as described in a previous post.

If that still did not make a difference in the behavior of Chrome, please tell us.
