The only audio server currently supported on EOS is PulseAudio. There is unfortunately no GUI available to configure things similar as with Jack, but most things are possible with PulseAudio (like for example outputting the audio stream to two sinks, …).
Configuration can become a little tricky, but i recommend you to read the article on PulseAudio over at the Arch Linux Wiki:
