Computer overheating (without problems in working). Can software troubles be the reason?

Hi!

I hope someone can help. Have problems with computer overheating in just 20 min after it starts. After updating flatpaks and OS to 4.0.2; Build ID: 211215-130341 and the problem disappeared. Now it’s back ageing. It drives me to the idea, that something happens in work of OS or software. Computer works ordinary even while overheating.
What possibly can it be? Can software cause overheating?

It might be a problem with your hardware. You might like to contact your computer’s manufacture’s support
