According to your logs it could have something to do with the power management of the WiFi Adapter - the log is full of messages from the Adapter entering power management mode and immediatly coming back to normal work.
We will try to disable Power Management for the WiFi Adapter at a whole. Open a Terminal and type:
bash -c "echo -e 'options 8821ce rtw_power_mgnt=0' | sudo tee /etc/modprobe.d/8821ce-powersave.conf"
(Enter your Password when asked).
Reboot your Computer when the command has been completed. Let us know if it helps.
