I assume a power management issue - which is often a issue with the chipset used in your card. Please follow the instructions in the following Thread to fix it:
According to your logs it could have something to do with the power management of the WiFi Adapter - the log is full of messages from the Adapter entering power management mode and immediatly coming back to normal work.
We will try to disable Power Management for the WiFi Adapter at a whole. Open a Terminal and type:
