I have just published the first beta version of what will become Endless OS 5.1.0. The main goal of this release is to support a wider range of hardware, though there are also some other minor improvements and changes.

I see that this uses kernel 6.5.x. How is the kernel version selected? That particular version isn’t an upstream LTS, so it seems like an unusual choice given that Endless OS tends to stick with the same version for a while.
