We have a weird issue, basically the wifi network changed, and when you select the new network then try to enter the password, although you can see the on screen keyboard is responding to keys pressed, nothing appears. Keyboard works fine everywhere else just not for the wifi password.
Attached an external keyboard and can then enter the password.
Problem is the tablet is used by someone who frequently travels so carrying around a keyboard just to enter a wifi password is not really practical.
When the tablet was first setup, the user reports they could enter a wifi password OK with the on screen keyboard.
Little addition seem the on screen keyboard only works within apps, if you try to type in the search bar on the desktop, this also does not work…again need an external keyboard attached.
Can anyone help?
