Endless OS on Raspberry Pi 5

I hope this message finds the community in good spirits. I am seeking guidance regarding the installation of Endless OS on a Raspberry Pi 5 device. After attempting to set os_check=0 during the installation process, I encountered an issue where only a black screen appears.

Is there any workaround that I can try to ensure a successful installation of Endless OS on the Raspberry Pi 5? Additionally, I am curious to know if there are any plans in the pipeline to officially support Raspberry Pi 5 in the near future.

We don’t have any support for RPi5 at the moment. The main blocker is that the official versions of the Linux kernel do not have RPi5 support.

We do have a strong interest in RPi5 though so we’ll be keeping an eye on the situation and considering other ways we could support this hardware going forward!
