Endless OS will not automatically update (problems downloading Apps)

I have been trying t work around this issue for a while, but my Endless OS will not offer me the option of updating. I am still running Version 3.4.1. Some Apps will download/update, but many won’t.

I would appreciate any helpful advice.

I ran a diagnostics and it’s too long to paste in this post, but upon further investigation, the common theme preventing me from updating/downloading apps is “Unacceptable TLS certificate.”
