Do you mind me asking what you need in Ubuntu which is missing from Endless?
cant stream videos, cant dowload anything. Familiar with ubuntu
You can find video players like VLC and GnomeMpv in the App Center so video streaming will work fine there. You need to find apps in the Flatpak format to install them on Endless, there are now over 200 you can find in http://flathub.org (they should be available automatically in your app center).
