Please can you give us more information about your computer: manufacturer and model; did it come with Endless OS pre-installed?

If Endless used to boot on this computer, but after an update no longer boots, try following these instructions to boot an older version: https://support.endlessm.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003751803-After-an-update-my-computer-does-not-boot-How-do-I-recover-

It’s an Asus L502N, and yes it came with Endless OS pre-installed, but there weren’t any updates so that link didn’t really help.
