It seems that the system was not installed correctly or the HD is damaged. If you installed Endless OS, please try to install it again on this computer. On the other hand, if you bought a computer with EOS pre installed, we kindly suggest contacting your distributor for the reinstallation of Endless OS or warranty assistance.
i bought it pre-install but now reinstalling will make me lose my stuff…isnt there any other way for me to rectify this issue other than re installing the EOS???
i have two of these machines doing the same thing since version were updated. Reinstalling can cause data lose. Actually the whole college uses EOS so these problems are from the students laptops. l will appreciate it if you suggest another solution.
