Error on boot Endless OS: Plymouth

Hello everyone, I would like to ask for help, I recently installed Endless Os on my notebook, and I have a problem with the initialization.

Sometimes when I turn it on, grub appears, and it starts normally… but when I turn it off and on again, grub no longer appears, and it gets stuck with these error logs from the attached image. Seems to be something with Plymouth.

In this case, I need to force shutdown using the power button, then the next time GRUB appears and starts normally.

Every time grub doesn’t appear, I get this error screen. As if it were a grub cache not displaying again because it only has one boot option.

How can I fix this? Is there any parameter to make GRUB always display? Is there something with Plymouth?

If I edit the /etc/default/grub file, how do I apply the new version of grub ?

sudo update-grub
grub-mkconfig: You cannot change GRUB configuration on an ostree system
