Can we have the full diagnostic file, not just the start of it?

This is likely to be either a problem reading from the USB stick, or writing to the hard disk. Please try:

  1. check in the “Disks” app that there are no errors reported for the hard disk
  2. write the ISO to a different USB stick and try again
