If the translator guides me right, you want to deinstall it. You can do this on the command line too, if for some reasons the App Center uninstaller has issues:

flatpak uninstall -y --delete-data org.inkscape.Inkscape

This will uninstall the application and remove any trace of it. If you need to reinstall it, use:

flatpak install -y org.inkscape.Inkscape
