No. Flash has been deprecated for years and has finally left for good on 13. January 2021.
If you really need to use Flash for some reasons, you can set your System time back to pre 13.01.2021, as the current Flash Player just checks for the date. But for sure in one of the next updates to Chrome, the Flash plugin will be removed entirely.
