How can I factory reset my Endless computer?

It’s not really a feature that’s implemented in Endless OS because the OS updater and app installer are considered sufficiently robust that it’s far less likely to get into the same kind of “crufting” or subtle configuration problems that can arise in other OSes. What problem are you seeing that makes you want to reset?
One thing that might help is to create a new user profile - go to Settings -> Users, press Unlock and enter your password, then create a new user for yourself - mark it as Administrator to get the same access as the user you have. Then you can log out, test your new user, and if it helps, copy over any files you need and erase your old account in the Users panel.

Hello,
I ran into some trouble and tried to reboot my Endless PC.
Now I am stuck in the rescue mode, Grub rescue which is really annoying.
How can I get rid of it.

How do you mean reboot? What did you do? Simply powering off and back on again shouldn’t get you into rescue mode.
Which hardware do you have, and how did you install Endless on it?
My machine was running very slow, so I formatted the hard drive in order to get the performance back.
As the format finished, I got the performance back. However, when I turned off the machine and powered it on again, I got this black grub rescue console.
For the hardware, I bought this small endless computer equipped with a 32GB SSD memory.
