hello, unfortunately I can’t because the screen doesn’t stop and the print key doesn’t work at that moment. Can I send the file produced by eos-diagnostics, will it do?
Before doing a investigation of the Diagnostic, can you please update to the just released Endless OS 3.9.0 and check if the problem still persists? If so, please make a new Diagnostic and upload it. To update to the latest version of EOS, open a Terminal and run:
eos-updater-ctl update --force
