Sorry to hear you’re having trouble.
It looks like you have logged in as the shared user. Is that intentional? Could it be that you normally log in as a different user?

Thank you for your attention! I never log in as shared user nor I log in as a different user; I don’t share the notebook and pay close attention when I logging in. Anyway everything went back to normal. I love the way you guys are always willing to help.
No problem, glad I could help!
If you don’t use the shared user, you can remove it by opening Settings, selecting Users, selecting the shared user, unlocking the settings page and clicking Remove User…. You will be offered the chance to delete or keep the shared user’s files. Take care when using this – if you delete the wrong user, and choose to delete their files, you can’t recover the files.
