Hi,
Post new updates GEARY is not working at all and hangs if you click on app to start it.
@Vikram_Kamath
Something that would help us a lot to understand the problem would be this:
- Open the application called ‘Terminal’
- In this application run the command: eos-diagnostics
- The above command will create a file with the information of your system (example: eos-diagnostic-160614_111731_UTC + 0100.txt); Send us this file so we can analyze and see a possible solution
Hi,
Kindly find attached the txt file as requested.
Kindly do comeback with solution.

Nearly 15 days r over from my input as per ur requirement.
Kindly do revert whats wrong ? What is the solution ?
@LeandroStanger I deleted your comment. Why do you think eos-fix-ostree-repo
will have any effect here?
@Vikram_Kamath is not saying that they are not able to install an update – they are saying that Geary stopped working after an update.
I’m running Geary too and haven’t had a problem. Can you run flatpak info org.gnome.Geary
and paste the output here so I can see if we both have the same version or not?
Hi,
I have run the above text command given (
