Grub сброс пароля

Хотел спросить как зайти в груб и сбросить пароль так как я его испортил кнопка А не работает и
shift тоже не работает.Асус Вивобук спасибо и не могу устанавливать сторонние программы тоже полетел рут пароль я не специалист поэтому и зашел спросить

Create Fedora container using Toolbox

The ‘root’ user in Endless OS does not has a password set by default and is not allowed to log in interactively. If you want to become root, you have to use the following command:

sudo sh

This will ask for your password and then execute a new shell with root privileges. This only works if your user is in the group sudo, which is true for the first created user in Endless OS. If for any reason you really need to set the password for root (or any other user), please follow the instructions:

1. Boot into GRUB either by holding down shift or escape during boot (depends on wheter you are using BIOS or UEFI boot)
   
   
2. Press ‘e’ to edit the entry “Endless OS” and append init=/bin/sh to the line starting with “linux”:
   
   
3. Press Ctrl-X to boot
4. Now enter these commands:
   

mount -a
mount -o remount,rw /
passwd root

5. Reboot with reboot
