Hack toolbox issues

Hi, I recently installed Endless OS for the kids who are enjoying the Hack program but unfortunately the hack ‘toolbox’ does not launch when pressing the Hack/toolbox icon. I have reinstalled Hack and the Clippy Add-on but to no avail.
I’ve also checked the Github page and ran:
$ flatpak run --env=HACK_TOOLBOX_PERSIST=1 com.hack_computer.HackToolbox
But receive following:
error: app/com.hack_computer.HackToolbox/x86_64/master not installed
Hopefully some one here can help since I can’t find this issue mentioned anywhere.

Something that would help us a lot to understand the problem would be this:

  1. Open the application called ‘Terminal’
  2. In this application run the command:

eos-diagnostics

  1. The above command will create a file with the information of your system (example: eos-diagnostic-160614_111731_UTC + 0100.txt); Send us this file so we can analyze and see a possible solution

Hi. I have now reinstalled the laptop with a fresh EndlessOS v5.01 and the problem remains… hack tool box will not open. Is there any help to be had from this forum??
