Hi, i am trying to install the latest game drivers for the GTX1060 on my endless install. i have tried downloading them and they wont install. It says that x is running. How do i complete the install?
How do i install the latest Proprietary Nvidia Drivers GTX1060
- Open the application called ‘Terminal’
- In this application run the command:
flatpak update --appstream && flatpak update -y
flatpak uninstall --unused -y
eos-updater-ctl update
Short answer: You can’t.
The latest stable (at time of EOS release) proprietary drivers are delivered as part of the operating system and can’t be updated manually due to the architecture of EOS.
