How save iphone photos on endless os

How is it possible to save photos from iphone?
Itunes is not in the app-center
the app shotwell is automatically opened when connecting the iphone, but does not find any photos or videos.
What can i do? If this is not possible Endless OS is not useful and will not gain a wide number of new users.
do i have to install windows?

To check which version of Endless OS you are in Settings Details

some apps of the iphone are shown, but not all

What happens if you click the “ iPhone” item?
Do you see any prompts on your iPhone when you open Shotwell?
