Ah, thanks for the reference @LeandroStanger

@Akshansh_Rawat after reading the other comment thread it appears that your hard drive is physically damaged. Endless OS will make the entire thing read only in order to protect your data from any further loss, but there is nothing the OS can do to fix this problem. You will need to contact Acer to get the harddrive replaced.

Something that would help us a lot to understand the problem would be this:

  1. Open the application called ‘Terminal’
  2. In this application run the command:

eos-diagnostics

  1. The above command will create a file with the information of your system (example: eos-diagnostic-160614_111731_UTC + 0100.txt); Send us this file so we can analyze and see a possible solution

I have this kind of problem with my laptop. Also i Cant download anything from web specially wallpaper.
