The problem is that I do not have dropbox in the app center, it does not exist. I just install endless

Something that would help us a lot to understand the problem would be this:

  1. Open the application called ‘Terminal’
  2. In this application run the command:

eos-diagnostics

  1. The above command will create a file with the information of your system (example: eos-diagnostic-160614_111731_UTC + 0100.txt); Send us this file so we can analyze and see a possible solution

I see, it was not updated. One question, how long will it take for the update? it is running for more than than minutes but there no progress bar…how do I know if it is working or not?

It will take a few minutes depending on the internet connection

When you finish you will be prompted to restart your computer
