I installed Endless 3.4.0 on VMware Fusion 10, and I want to install vmware-tools on Endless. But error occurred. If somebody knows about this, please let me know.

Unless the tools provide an option to install to /usr/local or /var rather than /usr you will not be able to install them on Endless OS. Please can you provide the full output of the installation script? You can shrink the terminal font by pressing Ctrl+- (minus sign) or from the menus.
For some other VMs (VirtualBox, GNOME Boxes) we pre-install the equivalent guest tools in Endless OS. I see that VMware maintains an open-source version of their guest tools; we could consider including them in a future release.

Mine is “App Center”. Could you let me know how to appear or install “Software Center”?

Its a different system called solus project and the image was deleted anyway.
