I installed Endless OS on my 2005 Packard Bell and could install the drivers with hp-setup -i without any problem. Now 1 day later trying to install it on my Wife’s HP Pavilion Laptop I get:

and because of that I can not scan and that would be the out for Endless OS.

Something that would help us a lot to understand the problem would be this:
Open the application called ‘Terminal’
In this application run the command:
eos-diagnostics
The above command will create a file with the information of your system (example: eos-diagnostic-160614_111731_UTC + 0100.txt); Send us this file so we can analyze and see a possible solution
Okay, I hope this will help, can not understand why it isn’t working did use the USB stick on a different computer with different results. Let’s figure out what it is
