Can you please make a Photo of the issue and describe what you did the last time before this problem occured?

I open the laptop and press shift down, just following what I saw from the Internet but still not working.

I shut it off again and press F2, still nothing happened it just froze to endless ad won’t open.

Unfortunately, i have bad news for your - it seems like your internal harddisk is defective. Probably your best bet is to return the device to the dealer if it’s still under warranty or let the disk replace by a shop otherwise.
