I can't connect my bebook ereader to copie some ebooks from endless os pc to the ereader

Please attach the eos-diagnostic log file for any Endless OS problems, and a screenshot or camera image of the error message itself.

To generate an eos-diagnostic file:

  1. Open the application called ‘Terminal’. You can search for it by typing into the search bar on the desktop.
  2. In the Terminal, type the command: eos-diagnostics
  3. The above command will create a file with the information of your system (example: eos-diagnostic-160614_111731_UTC + 0100.txt); Send us this file so we can analyze it and seek a possible solution

Hi Peter, I think it’s not really a visible problem. Endless os does not see my bebook ereader as a storage medium when I connect it to a USB port. The ereader does start by charging his battery but does not give a storage medium in the explorer. If the ereader is connected to a computer with the Windows os, he is immediately assigned a drive letter.

Thanks for your response
i sent the naplo file in txt
what can this be done if I can not install programs?
I did not update the program
but I’ve only noticed this from about 1-1.5 months ago
you might have to put the endlest again
for me this is factory on the machine with multiple partitions placed,
without windows it would therefore be more complicated to reinstall
