Hello,today my granpha said me that she coudn’t turn on the system,so I looked and there was an such error.
[error:no such a divice:ostree]
Because I do not use that computer I have no idea why it does not work.Can you help me please.Also I have no Live USB for reloading OS & when I tried to make one on my other pc wich work on Windows It did not work I have an error on my usb.
Apologies that we don’t have a quick solution for this other than a complete Endless reinstall. Unfortunately we have had a few users report this issue but we don’t yet understand what causes it 
If you have the time and interest, please let me know if you would be prepared to let us remotely investigate this problem on your computer. This process would require that you use another computer to create an Endless USB disk , then boot your computer from that USB disk, go online, and then coordinate a few simple steps communicating with an Endless engineer over e.g. WhatsApp.
If you are having trouble with the above method to create a USB disk in Windows, an alternative is to download the iso file directly:
And then download Rufus and use Rufus to install the ISO file to a USB disk.
