The Endless OS is only compatible with Flatpak Applications. At the moment VMware doesn’t have a Flatpak version

You can use GNOME Boxes as an alternative. GNOME Boxes is available at the App Center

Sounds like you are trying to run Endless as a guest inside a VMware host. Is that right?

If so, unfortunately we don’t support the installation of VMware tools. We are looking to fix that for a future release.

For the time being, our best supported environments to run Endless as a VM guest is VirtualBox and GNOME boxes.

Dear Team,

I installed Endless OS on VirtualBox. Now I can enjoy fullscreen view. As stated earlier improve system update make it user friendly.

One more thing change the icons in filemanager(Explorer) try to give look as MAC OS. It will be awesome. Awaiting for next update…

Give options to change/move the “Taskbar”
