After the latest Endless OS update I don’t hear the movies I play on the laptop in Alexa’s speaker, but I hear Alexa in the laptop’s speakers. In settings/sound I don’t see any other audio output device.
Only once since the update Alexa connected itself to the laptop and it was fine. Otherwise, when I say “connect” as usual I hear her in laptop’s speakers and very low.
Until the update everything was good about connecting Alexa to the laptop and watching movies.
Any solution?
Please attach the eos-diagnostic log file for any Endless OS problems, and a screenshot or camera image of the error message itself.
To generate an eos-diagnostic file:
- Open the application called ‘Terminal’. You can search for it by typing into the search bar on the desktop.
- In the Terminal, type the command: eos-diagnostics
