Is there any internet downloader for endless and where can i get download it?

Open apps called Terminal then type flatpak install flathub org.jdownloader.JDownloader

@essilfy the fault is that you are trying to download vimeo et al on your endless PC.
You can try, but should you fail - a mistake would be in your original question 
i tried this command but this was the response

thanks sir, i tried it , it was able to install but i could not progress from this point

Xtreme Download Manager installed successfully
You can start XDM from start menu, or type xdman in terminal as non root user

What version of Endless that are you using?
Flathub should be enable by default on Endless
https://flatpak.org/setup/Endless%20OS/
How about trying this:
- Open terminal
- Type
flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists flathub https://flathub.org/repo/flathub.flatpakrepo

You should update to latest version, 3.4.x

Is there other down loader option? This Jdownloader extract the image and audio from a video clip. I wanted to download tutorial but it keeps extracting them. Is there any option like Internet download manager(IDM).
