Although a user selected Thai language, he/she should be able to switch between US keyboard layout and Thai keyboard layout, just like what Fedora 27 does.
I know that keyboard layout can be added later but for inexperienced users e.g. ones who buy Acer laptop for the first time and cannot type their WiFi password or username in Latin alphabet, this will be very bad impression.
