Help
I’m not 100% sure what you mean, but it might be the accessibility settings. Click the icons on your bottom bar, click “All Settings”, then “Universal Access”, and check if “Zoom” or one of the other settings is enabled.
Can’t, because all I can see is the huge cursor.
Camera is following it on the screen and so I can’t even open the settings to change it.
So, I can get something like this to happen if I turn on “Zoom” and set the magnification really high, like 20x. This is the only thing that I can think of that matches your description.
If this is the problem you have, it’s possible to turn it off, you just have to move the mouse really carefully.
Move your mouse all the way down to the bottom bar, and then move it carefully rightwards to the “person” accessibility icon:
Click there. This will pop up a menu above the icon. Then move the mouse carefully upwards until you reach the menu entry for “Zoom” that is turned on (you will see a blue switch to the right of the “Zoom” label. Click on the blue switch to turn it off. Hopefully this will restore your desktop.
Then you can reset the magnification in “All Settings” -> “Universal Access” -> “Zoom” -> “Magnification” so that it doesn’t get so huge if you turn on Zoom again in the future.
Excuse me, is there a reset to default settings option on the keyboard panel?
