Keyboard shortcut to open the terminal

is there any keyboard shorcut to open the terminal or any way to implement it? I have searched for it in the list but I can’t find it.

Open Keyboard Shorcuts, at the bottom you find the “+” Symbol for adding a new shortcut. Define the following way:
