Lentidão em redirecionar e cortar imagens/ too slow when cutting or resizing images

Olá,
tenho tido enorme dificuldade em redirecionar, mover e cortar imagens com tamanho de 1 Mb. Definitivamente tem me tomado muito tempo.
Hi, I have been had trouble trying to resize, cut and move images on 1mb size. Could anyone help me please
Also, if i update my OS, will I lose my documents or the ones i am still working on ?

If you update your OS, your data wont be affected. Can you send us a diagnostic?
