Right now is only possible to install apps that are based on Flatpak. We kindly suggest contacting your software developers’ in order to suggest them to create a version compatible with it. You can also check Flathub for more apps.

is there a text to speech app for Endless OS? I did a search on the link you sent and find 0 results, and also on my laptop in the apps section, but 0 results also
