Hello!, i Just bought a mouse, 2 weeks later, my mouse always disccoencting itself… and also it dont detect by my pc… Any solution?

I assume a Hardware issue, as the Mouse is a regular USB one and has worked for two weeks. Nonetheless, can you please provide us with a Diagnostic, eventually there is some indication there. Run
