My endless system doesn't work . It is blocked

Hi guys. I have a problem. When I open my Pc it keep charging endlessly. When I have press ctrl+F1. I have this screen below.

In the Grub menu I have only one alternative of endless version not two

I’m not sure what you mean “it keep charging endlessly”. Can you describe in more detail what you see when you turn on your computer, with pictures? And how long do you wait for it to finish starting up?

It doesn’t start up. On the sceen I see only the logo of endless. that’s all.
