Hello,
I have been using all kinds of Linux distributions since the age of 13, now 24. Now this distribution has to the “perfect Linux desktop”. I have a tendency to distro hoop, but I think I have settled and cured thanks to Endless. I’m literally once of types who zero out a hard drive each time I reinstall a OS.
Set and forget is the key aspect to this distro, on par with Chromebook but a little more sweetness on top. A read only operating system and a Flatpak based application space with a rock solid kernel from Ubuntu. 3 great things put into one. I gotta say my electronic OCD has not yet trembled. I have been reading about ostree, just an amazing bit of technology.
So I thank Endless and their contributors for this amazing OS.
… The year of the Linux Desktop began with Endless, in my opinion.
