No actualiza Chrom

Buen día. Recientemente mi computador fue actualizado a la versión 3.7 y las actualizaciones han sido descargadas exitosamente, pero la app Chrome parece tener un problema. Aparece un cuadro de dialogo en la parte superior derecha, mientras uso Crhome, que dice “Hay una versión actualiada de chrome, por favor actualiza a la nueva versión”, pero cuando hago clik para actualizar, aparece un nuevo cuadro de dialogo que dice “la actualización no se pudo instalar”. Ya he intentado desinstalar e instalar pero el error persiste.

Por favor ingresa a terminal e ingresa el siguiente comando:

eos-updater-ctl update

He aplicado el comando, ¿Qué debería encontrar, o qué paso devo seguir?

Ya tengo la última versión disponible en mi región, Endless 3.7. Aún así, el aplicativo Chrome NO actualiza.

The latest version is currently 3.8.6 and it’s available worldwide. Let’s check why you don’t get the latest version.

  1. Open a Terminal and enter:
journalctl -f -u eos-updater 2>&1 | tee -a ~/update.log
  1. Open another Terminal and enter:
eos-updater-ctl update --force

Now when the command in the second window terminates, press Ctrl-C in the first one. Then upload the generated file “update.log” from your Home directory in this thread here.

Algo que nos ayudaría mucho a entender el problema sería la siguiente:

  1. Abra la aplicación llamada ‘Terminal’
  2. En esta aplicación, ejecute el comando:

eos-diagnostics

  1. El comando anterior creará un archivo con la información del sistema (por ejemplo EOS-diagnóstico-160614_111731_UTC + 0100.txt); Envíenos este archivo para que podamos analizar y ver una posible solución
