No puedo instalar nada en mi computador

Hola.
Acabo de comprar un Asus x509U pero no me deja instalar nada ni del centro de programas, siempre aparece error. No entiendo porque,tampoco directo de internet dice que tenemos ENDLESS OS 3. Me salen estos errores, POR FAVOR AYUDA!

Hi,
can you please upgrade to the latest version of Endless OS available. Open a Terminal prompt an run:

eos-updater-ctl update --force

This will take some time to download the new version. When the command finishs with the message “UpdatedApplied”, the updater has succeeded. Ideally the issue has been resolved then, if not, please let us know.
