I turned on normally my laptop, and the sound bar disappeared.

Upgrade to Endless OS 3.4.7. Has the bug been fixed?
There is no update in the AppCenter.

I had this issue today - after the upgrade to EOS 3.4.7!!
It may be a coincidence as I have also been testing HDMI video / audio output to my TV.
What is interesting is that the sound devices had disappeared completely - I noticed this when the ‘speaker’ icon was missing from the panel at the bottom right of the screen and I decided to look under the Settings.
After a re-boot, the sound devices are present again and audio works fine but the speaker icon is still missing!
Not the end of the world but just thought I’d point it out 
OK, so after another re-boot, the speaker icon appears at the login screen - however, once I’ve logged in the icon disappears!
Also the sound devices are missing again - what gives?
OK, after much digging and running of diagnostics (this showed the sound card as present and apparently OK - it still wasn’t visible in settings though) I wiped the laptop and did a fresh install of 3.4.7 - the sound is present again now.
