What is the exact issue? Are you connecting a external HDD to your computer, but it’s not showing up in the ‘Files’-application?

Please do the following:

  1. Describe your problem thourough (e.g. more in detail)
  2. Connect the external HDD and provide us with a diagnostic by opening ‘Terminal’, running the command eos-diagnostics and upload the generated file with an reply to this thread.
