Pi 5 stops to boot from USB endless os 6.0.11

Greetings.
Raspberry Pi 8 GB
Endless OS 6.0.11 (latest download yesterday)
USB 3.0 to M.2 Sata SSD Adapter
SD Card 64 GB
USB HUB Gen 3.1 with Powersuppy USB 4x 24Watt

Install was done with extract the image and flash with belena etcher to the USB M.2 Drive
put the Drive direct into Pi 5 (USB 3.0 Port)
Problem = at startup / during boot from USB Drive isnt sucsessfuly. USB Stick ist the same. There is a U-Boot Symbol on the second Monitor in top right corner with “U-Boot” Line at the buttom. Ant thats all what the pi done.

With SD Card the Boot is sucsessfull and i can use the OS endless os.
But i want to boot from USB. I have done:
sudo rpi-eeprom-update -a …
upgrade to latest version
switch in raspi-config to USB Boot mode not the SD kard Option.
is that a known Problem?
How ist the Solution?
Does anybody boot endless os for pi 5 sucessful from USB at these Days.?

Try writing to the USB drive using the dd command instead of using Etcher.

thanks so much.
I tryed it out all the day (Yesterday) and ive got good luck at the end. But but but.
i flashed on the USB M.2Sata SSD with sucessfull boot (System Start compledly) but there was a Update to Version 12 (6.0.12) ! In my Opinion i was going to install the update / Upgrade . Just. That was the mistake.
the reboot was not compled. I got a cance to save a text file to send it to developpers…

No. Sorry Just Ubuntu.
