Printer Setup Configuration

I am trying to setup my printer to my computer that runs on Endless OS
It is a CANON TS3122
when i add it to the computer it send me a error message when i try to print and says Needs Printer Configuration
And i get another error message that says MSETUP4.EXE and i need to go to download it in APPS or something

I am rally confused Can someone help me
